WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Delivery European Union
- Standard delivery: 2-6 days (Mon-Sat), excluding public holidays
- Expected delivery time & shipping costs are provided at checkout
- For contactless delivery, you can include details of a safe place for your deliveries in the checkout
- To qualify for free delivery, you must meet the minimum order value of €99,- for Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg. Other EU countries must meet a minimum order value of € 249,-.
Delivery Other Countries
Customers outside the EU can place and pay their order and receive a quote with a payment link for the shipping costs to your shipping country within 48 hours. If you cancel the quotation, the amount already paid will be refunded to you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Standard delivery in the European Union takes between 2-6 days (Monday-Saturday).
We're working as hard as we can on getting all parcels delivered as promised. You can find the estimated delivery time in your order confirmation.
Remember that it can take up 24-48 hours for the parcel to be shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, you can follow your order via the tracking link provided.
Unfortunately our customer care team don't have the possibility to speed up the delivery or give you more information than already provided via the tracking link.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?We ship your order throughout Europe and also ship intercontinental on request.
When you place an order outside the European Union, you will receive a quote for the shipping costs to your destination with payment link within 48 hours, when the payment is made we will send the package to your delivery address.
If you do not agree with the quotation for the shipping costs, we will refund the money of the order within 7 days to the account with which the payment was made.

IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?We use SSL security encryption in our checkout process. This encrypts the personal information you provide us, ensuring that it is safe and not accessible by any third parties. However, the most important protection is your own password, so please make sure you never give it out to others.
Orders and Returns
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?1. Once you have browsed and decided on the item(s) you wish to purchase, place them in the shopping bag by clicking on Add to bag. Click the shopping bag at the top right of your screen to continue your purchase.
2. In your bag you will find an overview of all the items you have added. Check your choices and quantity. Bear in mind that only after completing your order the items are effectively reserved for you.
3. In checkout, select a delivery address and your preferred payment method and fill out the details where needed. On the next step you will be given the chance to check your order details and add any vouchers before confirming.
4. Once your order has been completed you will see the confirmation on the screen and you will receive a confirmation email with your order number shortly after. More information about the status of your order is available in your customer account.
We will also notify you by email as soon as your delivery leaves our warehouse. This email will also provide you with your tracking number. If you're happy with your selection, click on checkout to proceed to payment, and complete your order.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, you don't need to have a registered account at ChefsAlert.com, but it’s really easy to create one and means you won’t have to fill in your details every time you shop with us. In addition, you will find the order history in your account and companies have the option to enter their (EU) VAT number.
You will be prompted to create an account when you place your first order, just follow the easy on-screen steps.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make changes to your order after it's been finalized. Once your order is placed, the delivery option, delivery address, payment method, and product sizes can't be changed.
Contact us directly via WhatsApp so that we can check whether we can still cancel the order. Please remember that it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order if it is already in an advanced stage of preparation.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?A tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email and becomes active within 24-48 hours.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?In case the goods are not meeting your expectations you can return them if:
- The approval period of 30 days has not yet expired
- The goods have not be used
- The goods are returned in their original state and packaging
- The goods have not been amended or personalized
- The packing list (included in the package) has been filled in completely and correctly and send together with the goods to ChefsAlert
Personalized items (embroidery/printing/adjustments to the product) can unfortunately not be returned/exchanged, unless there is a production failure. In addition, invoiced freight and handling costs will not be credited in the case of a partial return, as well as the extra costs incurred by a customer for returning goods.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. This can take up to a maximum of 14 days after receiving your return.
For credit card refunds, the refund date could appear on your statement as the time of purchase or the time of refund.
For PayPal refunds, you can define in your PayPal account whether the amount should be forwarded to your bank account. If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to refund you on your bank details.
If your purchase was below the minimum order value for free shipping and you paid the standard delivery charge, this will be refunded if the full order is returned.
