Description
The Samura Blacksmith Santoku Knife is a beautiful kitchen knife suitable for professional use. Beautifully designed blade from AUS-10 steel with a part raw steel (forged). This type of steel is known for its hardness of 58HRC and can therefore be sharpened very sharply and also retains this sharpness for a very long time. The handle is made of Micarta, with a stainless steel bolster.
This Santoku Knife is suitable for almost all cutting tasks but is perfect for slicing, dicing and chopping. This set comes in a beautiful red Japanese style roll bag with Koi motif and a gift box.
The Blacksmith Collection are custom-made knives created according to the traditional technology of manual forging of metal. In the process of production, high-carbon steel undergoes lengthy manual processing on a special pressing machine, which results in it acquiring a characteristic lunar surface, dotted with craters. These knives come in an exquisite Japanese style gift box.
The knife will last longest if it is not cleaned in the dishwasher.
