Description
The Meteora Collection is an aesthetically and robustly finished series of knives.This Slicing knife is made to cut meat effortlessly and with great precision is an all-round knife suitable for vegetables, meat and fish, for example. The blade is made of non-stainless AUS-10 and is 17 cm long. The entire blade is forged from one piece of AUS-10 steel. This type of steel is known for its hardness of 60HRC and is therefore very suitable to sharpen and also retains sharpness for a very long time.
