Description
The Samura Sharpening Stone is a coarse sharpening stone which is suitable for real blunt knives. The coarse side of 400 is used to reshape the edge of a dull knife and remove burrs. Then use a sharpening stone with a higher grid for a sharper result. Equipped with a rubber holder in which the stone remains stationary during sharpening.
Use the sharpening stone by holding it under water for a few minutes before use, so that it absorbs itself. This creates a layer of water through which the sharps are drained.
